Hello Everyone!!   I hope all is well and that this week is off to a great start! This week, we're actually just going to get right into it.  Sunday, First Lady delivered an AMAZING Word on CAPACITY , specifically concerning OVERFLOW . How was it? Any #CapacityChallenge wins you all would like to share? I invite you to comment below with some things you got from the challenge. I want to continue to challenge you though. I challenge you to not to jump right back into the habit you fasted from to the extent you were enjoying it. After all, there is a reason you fasted from it, right? For example, I had to take a break from social media and tv because it was distracting and took up a lot of my time, even while at work. While I was fasting, I had more time to be sure I ate dinner and worked out all within a reasonable time frame, it encouraged me to spend more quality time with my husband and not just quantity time, and I was much more productive at work. Hello Everyone! Happy Capacity Challenge Week! If you're reading this and wondering, "Capacity Challenge Week? What is that?" Well, wonder no more friends; I'll tell you. Last Sunday, we were introduced to the idea of CAPACITY, and without putting the horse before the carriage, in short, we were asked to identify something in our lives that is taking room that God should be occupying in our lives and fast from it. The whole point is to make room for God. As we all know, when no one is watching, it's easier to relax our self-discipline, so with the fast, we were also asked to find an accountability partner.  SN: When fasting, it should be a sacrifice that you're making to intentionally be closer to God. Example: If you're vegan, don't say you're fasting from meat. That's not a fast; that's a lifestyle. For those who have already been fasting, have you checked in with your accountability partner?
